The employment exchange certificate is significant for every unemployed educated youth residing in the respective States. In India, all State have Employment Exchanges in their districts that provide oncoming job vacancies arrive from various sectors of the State.
In Assam, all of you must know that most of all posts are required to submit Employment Exchange Registration Certificate during the recruitment. Generally, Grade D and Grade C posts require this certificate mandatory during the recruitment.
Earlier, the registration process was only offline and too time consuming. Recently Government of Assam closed offline and started an online registration procedure by the Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship.

Registration mode: Aadhaar based and Non-Aadhaar based

Eligibility:—
Who can apply:— All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.
District:- All Districts are eligible, but the applicants can apply for one Employment Exchange where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
Age Limit:- Above 14 years with permanent residents of Assam.
Registration Fee:- No fee required.
NOC for Employed Applicant:- Applicants who are already employed and seeking better employment have to be registered only after they produce a “No Objection Certificate” issued by the employer.
Document Required for Registration:—
- Aadhaar Card
- Age Proof- (Birth certificate/ HSLC Admit Card/ School Certificate) any one of three documents.
- Proof of Residency- Aadhaar Cad
- Education Qualification Certificates- All-Pass Certificate and Marksheet
- Caste Certificate:- Certificate required (except general).
- For PWDs:- Certificate required issued by the competent authority.

- Fill in your Full Name correctly, Email Id, Mobile number (please carry), choose a strong password and select Assam state. Fill captcha, then click on submit.
- After registration on this page, click on Apply with Aadhaar.
- Enter your Email Id, Password, fill in the captcha and click login.
- After successfully login, please read all the guidelines also already all mentioned in this article.
- Submit Aadhaar details and Applicant details.
- Personal information of Applicant.
- Physical Attributes and Education and Training Details.
- Other qualifications, Skill Qualification and Work Experience (Not mandatory).
- Permanent Address and Communication Address.
- Job preference/Key skill, Language known (not mandatory) and Select Employment Exchange Office.
- Read all declarations carefully then click on I agree and upload signature (image size should less than 250 KB). Now type 6 digit numerical number and click on Submit.
