Recently State Bank of India (SBI) announced that the Customer who has the Saving Account can update or change their Branch office address online through YONO SBI, SBI Lite and Online Sbi from the comfort of your home. So, there is no need to visit the branch office for doing this work. Because of the Corona epidemic, the SBI made this entire process online so that everyone stays at home.

"If you need help in transferring your account from one branch to another, then SBI has got your back. Use YONO SBI, YONO Lite and OnlineSBI from the comfort of your homes and bank safe," SBI has tweeted.
Please keep in mind for changing the address of the branch office through YONO SBI, SBI Lite and Sbi Online, you will need the branch code of the bank where you want to transfer the account and your mobile number must be registered in the bank and online banking.

Here is the full process via Online Sbi step by step:
  1. Log on to SBI official website 👉State Bank of India (onlinesbi.com)
  2. Click on the 'Personal Banking' option.
  3. Click on User name and Password.
  4. After this, you will have a tab of e-service in front, click it.
  5. Click on Transfer Savings Account.
  6. Select your account to be transferred.
  7. Then type your IFSC code of the branch, where you want to transfer the account.
  8. Check everything once and click Confirm.
  9. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number, then fill it and press confirm.
  10. After a few days, your account will be transferred to the branch you have requested for.
You can also change your branch through YONO app or YONO lite. Remember that your mobile must be linked to your bank account, otherwise you will not able to change the account without OTP.
