All important and responsive Government Schemes launched in 2020--The brief details of all schemes Here.

 Every year some new scheme is announced by the government of India in different ways are started different schemes. Today we will talk about some schemes launched in 2020 by the Indian Government and it includes some central government schemes and state government schemes. Without delaying anyone and knowing it describes the name of the important schemes in front of you.


1. 
Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi announced the Atma Nirbhar Abhiyan package on May 12, 2020 to make India self-reliant. This package of Rs.20 lakh crore worth Coronavirus stimulus package aims to make India self-reliant in all aspects. The Union Cabinet approved various initiatives under the ambitious Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan on May 20, 2020, to provide stimulus to the Indian economy, to help farmers, migrant workers etc and to revive the industrial sector amid the Covid-19 pandemic.


2. PM SVANidhi Scheme: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs launched the PM SVANidhi or Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s Atmanirbhar Nidhi scheme under the ambit of the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Package in June 2020. Under the scheme, the government aims to provide loan up to Rs.10,000/- to street vendors for one year tenure to help them resume their livelihood activities and businesses who were impacted by Covid-19.


3. Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY): Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana on 10th September 2020. The main goal of the scheme is to make Blue Revolution through the sustainable development of the fisheries sectors over 5 years (2020-2025) at an estimated cost of Rs. 20,050 crores.


4. Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman introduced the Vivad Se Vishwas scheme on February 1, 2020, at Lok Sabha. During the Finance Minister speech with an aim to settle a large number of pending direct tax cases. The scheme waives off the interest and penalty completely for the taxpayers who pay off their due taxes before the deadline.


5.  Production-linked incentive (PLI) schemeThe Union Cabinet introduced the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for 10 sectors in November 2020 although previously it was just launched in April 2020 for large scale electronic manufacturing sectors. These are Advance chemistry Cell Battery Electronic/Technology Products Automobiles and Auto Components, Pharmaceuticals drugs, Telecom & Networking Products, Textile Products, Food Products, High-Efficiency Solar PV Modules, White Goods, Speciality Steel. The scheme is introduced under India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan with the aims to give companies incentives on incremental sales from products manufacturing in the domestic unit.


6. National digital Health Mission (NDHM)Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the NDHM on the occasion of India’s 74th independence day 2020. the National Health Mission is an agency of the government of India which seeks to provide medical identity document to India people. This identity document would enable people to use Ayushman Bharat Yojana, which is India’s publicly funded health along with all possible digitally health services. Users keep it identification document as an account in a mobile app.


7. Mission KarmayogiThe Union cabinet on September 2020 approved the Mission Karmayogi scheme to enhance governance through Civil Service capacity Building. Mission Karmayogi have the following six pillars: Policy framework, Institutional framework, Completely framework, Digital Learning Framework, Electronic Human Resource Management System and Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.


8. Operation Green SchemeUnder the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan the Indian government launched a new scheme named operation Green in 2020. This scheme TOP to TOTAL, 50% transportation subsidy was made available for air transportation for 41 notified fruits and vegetables from Himalayan and North-East States to any place in India.


9. E-Gram Swaraj Portal and Swamitva SchemeOn April 24, 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the E-Gram Swaraj Portal and Swamitva for the upliftment of rural areas of the nation on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day 2020. During this event, PM Modi launched a unified e-Gram Swaraj Portal and mobile application and Swamitva scheme. The e-Gram Swaraj helps to prepare and execute Gram panchayat Development plans and makes the complete digitization of villages and rural areas. PM Modi launched the Swamitva Scheme for the mapping of properties in villages.


10. Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan (GKRA): On June 2020 Government of India launched the PM Garib Rojgar Kalyan Yojana with initial funding of Rs.50,000 crore aims to provide 125 days of employment to 670,000 migrant workers, which approximately two-thirds of the total migrant labourer force that has gone back to rural areas. It is a rural public works scheme launched by the Union Government as an initiative to tackle the impact of Covid-19 on shramik (migrant) workers in India.


11. NIRVIK SchemeThe Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman announced the NIRVIK scheme in Union Budget 2020-21 on February 2020 under the Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) to enhance the export segment of the Indian economy to ease lending of loans and improve credit availability to small-scale exporters. The NIRVIK scheme is aimed at providing high insurance coverage for exporters while reducing the premium on small-scale exporters and simplified the procedure for claim settlements.


12. Kisan Rail Yojana: The Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman announced the Kisan Rail Yojana on 7th August 2020 while presenting the Union Budget 2020-21. Kisan Rail is set up by Indian Railways under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to transport perishable goods quickly. This scheme is helping to create a seamless national cold supply chain for perishables goods that can be transported goods quickly. To build a seamless national cold supply chain for perishables goods like milk, meat, fish etc to Express and Freight trains to have refrigerated coaches.

13. Yashaswini Scheme: The Union Women and child development minister Smriti Irani launched Yashaswini Scheme in January 2020 in Goa for Women Entrepreneurship to develop women and children to live better. Under the Yashaswini Scheme for Women Entrepreneurship, the state government provides interest-free loan up to 5 lakh with a tenure of 5 years to self-help groups with repayment starting from the second year and the loan to be paid in four instalments. The main aims to strengthen the socio-economic status of women across different states.


14. Amma Vodi SchemeAndhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in January 2020 launched the Amma Vodi scheme to support lakhs of below poverty line/unprivileged mothers or guardians to educate their children. Under this Rs.6381 crore scheme Andhra Pradesh government is providing direct financial assistance worth Rs. 15000 annually to poor and financially weak mothers or guardians, to support them in educating their children.


15. Mukhyamantri Yuba Yogayog YojanaThe government of Tripura initiated the Mukhyamantri Yuba Yogayog Yojana on 5th May 2020 to help students by providing them with grants to purchase a smartphone. Any final year undergraduate students studying in any Government College, Institute and University in Tripura can apply to avail of the scholarship. Under the Yojana, the state government provides Rs. 5000/- to 14608 youths who are in their final year in colleges or University as a grant for smartphones.


16. Balaram Yojana: It is agricultural development based only on Odisha state citizens. In November 2020 Odisha government launched Balaram Yojana to provide crop loans to landless farmers. Under the scheme, the landless cultivators will get loans through joint liability groups (JLGs) and the government allotted fund 1040 crore for the purpose. In rural and small towns, around 7000 branches of several banks and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies coordinates the implementation of the scheme.


17. Mukhya Mantri Ghar Ghar Ration yojanaIn July 2020 Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal introduced Mukhya Mantri Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana to his government. The scheme will help the beneficiaries avail of the doorstep delivery of ration, especially during that lockdown situation. Arvind Kejriwal also informed that the day home delivery of ration commences in Delhi on the same day, central government’s ‘One Nation, One Ration’ scheme will also be implemented in the state.


18. Major Dhyan Chand Vijaypath YojanaMajor Dhyan Chand Vijaypath Yojana launched by the Uttar Pradesh government in August 2020. Under this scheme, 19 International players from the state of Uttar Pradesh will get road connectivity to their houses. The main motive is to encourage the player to avail this yojana.


19. Ghar Tak Fibre SchemePrime Minister Narendra Modi in Bihar 2020 inaugurated the Ghar Tak Fibre scheme. Connected all the villages with FTTH connections by 31 March 2021. The scheme aims at connecting all 45,945 villages of Bihar with high-speed optical fibre internet by March 31, 2021. In the upcoming 1000 days, the central government will work to connect around 6 lakh villages of the nation with optical fibre as per the Digital India mission.


20.  Maha Awas YojanaIn the year 2020 Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackey launched a new rural housing project name “Maha Awas Yojana”.Under which 8.82 lakh rural houses will be built in 100 days period currently, the cost of the project has been estimated to be around Rs.4000 crore.
