Because of the growing demand for services of Aadhaar, UIDAI launched a new portal https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ for Aadhaar cardholders where they can easily access all possible services in one portal. In this portal, Aadhaar cardholders can update their name, date of birth, gender and address. Download e-Aadhaar and order Aadhaar PVC, check enrollment and updated details, check Aadhaar PVC card order status, locate an enrollment centre and book an appointment, retrieve lost or forgotten EID or UID and Lock or unlock Aadhaar, verify email and mobile number and Aadhaar status, bank linking status, offline eKYC and payment history. Some of these facilities are presently not available but later on available. 

To take all these services, open a browser and visit the new portal link  https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ and log in.

Step 1: For login submit Aadhaar number, Captcha and OTP from the Aadhaar registered mobile number. After login, you can avail all services.

To update Name[minor chage], Date of Birth, Gender and Address on Aadhaar.

Step 2: Click on the 'Update Aadhaar Online' option.

Step 3: Select the option which you want to update and click on the 'Proceed to Update Aadhaar'

Step 4: Type your new data, which will be updated and Select supporting document.

Step 5: Upload your selected supporting document and make payment.

Step 6: For payment accept terms and make a transaction of 50 rupees will deduct from the bank account through credit or debit cards/Net Banking/Wallet/Paytm.

The payment of 50 rupees is not refundable. The update will be done by UIDAI backend software, and it takes 5 to 7 days. After complete payment, you will receive an SMS containing the Service Request Number, which will use to track the update request. If there is a mismatch of your supporting documentation, your request is likely to be rejected. After complete validation, you will receive an SMS containing the Enrollment ID and outcome. To update mobile number, email and biometrics data please, visit the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra.

To order a PVC Aadhaar card

Step 1: Click on the 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card'.

Step 2: All details will show and click on the 'Next'.

Step 3: Accept terms and click on the 'Make Payment'

Step 4: A 50 rupees of transaction made by you through debit or credit card/Net Banking/Wallet/Paytm/UPI.

Step 5: Download the acknowledge slip after successful payment.

After successful payment, you will receive an SMS containing the Service Request Number, which will use to track the update request. Within 15 to 22 days your PVC Aadhaar card will send your home address by speed post.
