According to the Reserve Bank of India bank holiday calendar, there are 21 days in October, including regular holidays like 2nd Saturday, 4th Saturday and Sunday.
In October, the holiday under the Negotiable Instrument Act and Bank's Closing of Accounts, in keeping with RBI guidelines, all banks include the General Public sector, Private sector, Foreign Banks, Cooperative Banks and Regional banks across the country will remain shut on notified holidays.
