Bank holidays vary as per the specific state and they are not the same in all the states. Only gazetted holidays are observed by banks all over the country. According to the Reserve Bank Of India(RBI) holiday calendar list, there will total of 12 bank holidays in September including the regular holidays like the second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays of the month. Saturday on September 11 all banks will shut Panaji.
Friday on September 17 all banks will shut in Ranchi.
Monday on September 20 all banks will shut in Gangtok.

While the bank branches will remain shut these days, mobile and internet banking will remain functional as usual. Customers can make transactions through online modes.
