Complete full KYC is possible in the State Bank of India YONO app via video call and in this account, you will get Debit Card, Chequebook, Passbook, ATM Card, Internet Banking all facility with no limitation.

Download the YONO application to open an account and the link is here https://www.sbiyono.sbi and play store link is https://play.google.com/store/apps  After installing the application successfully click on ‘new to SBI’  then you will see two options. For without visiting bank click 1st option and now you will see two types of account applications, one is Insta Plus Saving Account and the second is Insta Saving Account. Insta Plus Saving Account comes with full KYC video call and there is no limitation but Insta Saving Account comes with some limitations and you have to visit the branch for full KYC.


For full instant KYC choose 1st type account application and start a process and document required Aadhar and PAN Card.

  1. Submit a mobile number that wants to link your bank account and verify via OTP. Create a strong password for the YONO app login.
  2. Click 1st option, if you don’t pay tax outside India but if you pay then click 2nd option.
  3. Submit Aadhar number or Virtual number and verify via OTP.
  4. Submit personal details, address, qualification details, parents details, professional details.
  5. Submit PAN Card number.
  6. Submit nominee details.
  7. Choose your branch office.
  8. Accept terms and conditions.
  9. Submit OTP from registered mobile number.
  10. Submit details of Debit Card, click next.

Now token is generated for Video KYC [note: internet connection, camera, microphone, location access granted]. SBI employee contact via video call and complete your KYC [note: Aadhar and PAN Card keep physically available]. After completed KYC, your account number will generate and it will receive via SMS and on your screen also email.
